Look Out World, Here She Comes!

And so it's happened. Three years ago our girl left for college, and at the time, it felt like her graduation would be a lifetime away. Those years brought multiple housing changes, trips back and forth (on her part and ours), disappointments, happy surprises, sadnesses, minor crises, a major crisis (her trip to the ER last month!), holidays shared, holidays missed...the list goes on. But this chapter is over and a new one begins; congrats to our Magna Cum Laude!!!

The four of us arrived yesterday in time for lunch, and we ate at the restaurant where this kid makes the big bucks ☺ And yeah. She likes to be the center of attention (she bought that headband for herself ;) I have NO idea where she gets that from!

Our beautiful kiddos. So blessed!

No one could see this gorgeous dress (USF colors, green and gold!) under the gown! She. Looked. Lovely. ♥

The traditional garb. And she still looks beautiful. Jack wore his green shirt with his USF tie; GO BULLS!

{Insert heart swelling with pride here}

Our friends the Knapiks joined us for the evening! Again, how blessed!

The place was mobbed (don't get me started!), but we found an "empty" spot for a nano-second to snap a photo. Thanks, Bob!
We knew better than to try to eat at a restaurant at 8 o'clock in the evening on the Friday of 850 students commencing, and opted instead for pizza and a cooler full of beer at the hotel. The Knapiks, Alyssa, Jordan, Dustin, Matt and his family all joined us, and we rocked the Hilton Garden Inn!
Off to a well deserved night's sleep; campus photo ops were in the works for today!

This pic is a "must have": a parting photo with the Bull! The brothers stepped in to give her a leg up! Awwwww! ♥

Ta dah! Love, love, love this! (and ya gotta throw the "horns" sign!)

Ok. I love this one, too. She chose great spots for pictures!

I honestly think this is one of the most beautiful campuses in Florida, but I'm biased. We had a lot of rain in the last few weeks, and everything was in bloom. So again, GO BULLS!

Linds received a dual degree in Communication and Psychology, so if you know anyone that's hiring an intelligent, well-spoken, independent, strong willed, errrrr, communication/psychology graduate, let me know! Her interests are counseling and public relations, so give her a call!

Ehrigs celebrating where Ehrigs are happiest...a brewery! Lindsay wanted her luncheon at Tampa Bay Brewing Company, and we were happy to oblige! Cheese & Red Eye Ale Dip, Brewhouse Pretzels with Moosekiller Barleywine mustard dip and Wild Warthog Weizen fondue, Iron Rat Stout Shepherd's Pie?! Heaven! We had a wonderful lunch, strolled a bit in Ybor City, and called it a fabulous 30 hours!

I hope she goes to Grad school! ;)
