I'm really looking forward to getting back to the Europe blogs (hopefully later today), but I borrowed this recipe and took it to Pete & Annie's for dinner last night, so I wanted to share. Now, Annie's cooking is so amazing (and organic and fresh!), but if you'd like to try something just as wonderful (but not organice or healthy so much!), make this fab trifle! My variations were just to use lo-fat milk & whipped cream, and a large bar of Ghiradelli dark chocolate (shaved some for the layers, chunked some for the top). Also, Melissa suggested 4 tubes of Starbucks Via instead of the instant coffee, and it was AWESOME!
